It was warm and sunny today, so after a well-deserved lazy Sunday morning, fueled with pancakes, i went to the center to proceed with my Bavarian agenda.
In Munich and in general across Bavaria there are not many places open on Sundays. Doors are closed in all shops and only cafeterias and restaurants welcome their guests. As a result people spend this time with their families and take the time off from all the rush. Or maybe they just don’t rush and take time off on Sundays, so nobody goes to shops and they are closed therefore. Or maybe something in between.
Anyway, Munchners take their family time seriously and the riverside and English Garden were bustling with people.
There is much to see around Bavaria, but on a day like this there is no need to go someplace far, as wherever you look it’s beautiful.
Finally, after spending some quality walking time it was time for a well-deserved traditional lunch (German food porn style) next to a not-so-traditional Chinese Tower.
